Capturing stories and style

One of many inspiring outdoor information boards at Compton Verney

By expanding on the parkland and its stunning views and wonderful vistas, this project celebrates Capability Brown’s 300 years, while drawing in the visitors’ experience of this renowned Art Gallery (situated in the Listed Mansion House), and the new visitor centre.

With exterior interpretations, visitors are encouraged to see the landscape through Brown’s eyes and to understand the transformations and layers of landscape, both before and after Brown’s designs, and to be inspired by the natural environment.
